Harlow Hill Code of Conduct 2008-2009
Dear player

As a member of Harlow Hill Football Club we expect you to follow the rules of conduct below and to abide by decisions taken by the club management and committee. Sign to agree to abide by the rules of conduct.

1. Match officials must not be abused under any circumstances, referees do make mistakes but no player should contest their decisions to an extreme level.

2. Players must not get involved in violent play. Players should not retaliate when provoked.

3. Players must not get involved in arguments with opposing players, supporters or officials.

4. Players are expected to shake hands with the referee and their opponents at the end of every game, irrespective of the result

5. Players are expected to play the game within the laws of the game. Clubs have a responsibility to educate their players on these laws and enforce the appropriate actions.

6. Foul and abusive language is unacceptable and must be avoided at all times

7. Both on and off the field of play players are expected to look smart and behave appropriately.

8. Players must remove or tape up articles of jewellery before each game.

9. This club will not tolerate racial abuse: any such abuse will be dealt with in the strongest possible way.

10. You must arrive on time at the scheduled meeting place on each match day unless the management has agreed alternative arrangements.

11. Smoking and dogs are not permitted in the changing rooms.

12. You must not report for the game under the influence of alcohol

13. Both you and your kit must be clean and well maintained (Especially no dirty boots)

14. Any bookings or fines incurred by a player must be paid before the next match or they will not play.

Please note that by signing to play for Harlow Hill FC you are agreeing to conform to these rules.

NB. The Harlow Hill subscriptions this year are as follows:

Season signing on fee £15.00, Students u/18 - £10.00. (To be paid in full by or on November the 1st. You will not be permitted to play if not paid by this date)
Match fees £3.00 per game. £2.00 for students u/18. Subs £1.00 per game

Yellow cards £10.00
Red card £27.00 depending on severity of incident
