Harlow Hill FC Committee.

Terms of Reference

The committee will provide a regular forum for club representatives to raise issues and seek resolutions to problems within the club. 

The committee will convey any discussions, ideas and resolutions to all club members and ensure adherence and co-operation to decisions. 

The committee will be responsible for any decisions which effect all members of Harlow Hill FC.

The committee will be consulted in any financial dealings involving the club and will put forward suggestions with regard to club spending to be finally agreed by the treasurer.

The committee will support the club management with any decisions they make with regard to their playing teams and will be involved in deciding a club structure on the movement of players between the teams based on form, injuries and player desire.

Committee to meet at Oatlands WMC periodically

Members of the committee will be given ownership of agenda resolutions and asked to organise or investigate particular issues and report back to the next meeting.

It will be the responsibility of the club committee to ensure that all players who register as Harlow Hill FC members abide by the club committee's decisions and that once an issue has been decided that all members support and actively partake in any ideas or events.

The committee members will ensure that all Harlow Hill FC players follow the club code of conduct and that at all times when representing the club they behave in the appropriate manner including abiding by the Oatlands WMC rules and regulations.
